The correct color of print data is a basic condition for the preparation of documents. You can send files by e-mail, upload to FTP (always send an e-mail or call that there is new data on FTP, only after the upload of files is finished), send using third-party services (, etc.), bring on a flash drive or CD. Open documents, such as files saved from Microsoft® Word, Microsoft® Excel, Microsoft® PowerPoint, OpenOffice, will only be accepted by prior arrangement and must contain linked images and fonts. At the same time, the time required to convert the format will be charged. These files will be converted to PDF by us and sent back for proofreading.
If you supply data in any of these formats, contact us for program version specifications. We also work with open formats such as QXD, FH9, AI, TIFF, EPS, INDD (IDML) and CDR. We prefer to work with PDF files version 1.3, but it is possible to supply PS files, resp.
